Manufacturing:
We are a competent manufacturer with a certificate of Good Manufacturing Practice. We are pre-qualified by the Uganda National Medical Stores. We have been awarded a 3-year tender to supply syphilis and pregnancy tests to the Uganda public sector through the National Medical Stores. Previously we have supplied malaria and hepatitis B tests to the same entity. We also supply to private hospitals and laboratories in both Kenya and South Sudan.

Our Team
The technical team at Zygen Biotech has a combined experience of over 40 years in research and development of diagnostics. Senior technical staff has received specific training in the state of the art manufacture of diagnostic tests at one of the leading diagnostics manufacturing facilities in the United States. Subsequent training of additional laboratory staff is continuously provided internally by the senior staff. Currently our personnel number 15. We also hire temporary personnel when the need arises.
